Oscar's Pier 83 “Quick Casual” concept was designed, developed and brought to life by Ron Skehan; President of Happy Days Inc.

Our Concept: Fish & Chips and Fresh Fish Prepared Simple. Obviously fish & chips is not a new concept by any stretch of the imagination, but to do it right consistently is the key to our success.

Oscar’s Pier 83 has the ability to obtain quality seafood and the experience to prepare the product fresh to order, thus offering the public something they just aren’t getting here in Arizona.

In addition to our fabulous Fish-n-Chips we’re also offering a full compliment seafood delights such as Shrimp, Oysters, Clam Strips, Jumbo Sea Scallops, Taco’s, Sandwiches, Salads, Soup, Family Meals, Kids Meals and Daily Fresh Catches (fresh broiled fish, not deep fried), all in a comfortable casual atmosphere. Oscar’s Pier 83 operates under an Arizona number 12-resturant license, which allows us to sell alcoholic beverages.

Our choice is simply Beer & Wine to sufficiently compliment our meals.

Quick Casual Concept: Come as you are (shirts and shoes required of course). Our customers can dress in shorts and Hawaiian shirts or business formal.
“Quick Casual” means no tableside service. Simply order your meals and beverages at the counter. Retrieve your drinks and desired condiments from our condiments station and stake your claim on a table. We’ll deliver your meal or call your number when your fresh meal is ready.

Our Flagship: Oscar’s Pier 83, located in Glendale, Arizona is what we affectionately refer to as our rough stone. This location has already proven to be a very viable template for success and duplication.
